With a call diversion service, what happens to calls that go unanswered?
This depends on whether you have an associated live call answering service or voicemail-to-email service with AnsweringService.com. If so, either:
- Your calls will divert again for one of our receptionists to answer the call.
- Any voicemail message left by the caller will be emailed to you immediately.
If you do not have any of these additional solutions in place, any unanswered calls will be managed by whatever existing solutions you have in place. As an example, typically on a cell phone, an unanswered call would go through to the telecommunication provider’s own voicemail service.
